Whether it’s a minor adjustment or a more significant repair, our team is ready to provide continued support and ensure your home remains in top condition.
How to Request Service
If you need service on a project we completed, please follow these steps:
- Fill Out the Service Request Form: Provide us with details about the service you need. Be as specific as possible about the issue you’re experiencing. Please provide as many pictures or a video that shows the full scope of the issue.
- Submit the Form: Once your form is complete, submit it to our customer service team. We’ll review your request and get back to you within 7 days.
- We’ll Reach Out: After reviewing your request, a member of our customer service team will contact you, within 7 days, to gather any additional information and discuss the next steps.
*Subject to a $180 "Trip Charge" after the first year. Rescreening for windows are $50 per window and $100 for patio doors.
Important Information
If you are outside your 1 year labor warranty, please be aware that certain services may be subject to fees. If any costs are associated with the service you need, we will discuss them with you in advance so there are no surprises.
